Refund Policy

The moment your order completes, you receive a license key and permanent access to the full product. Unlike a physical item, there is nothing to return — once the source code has been delivered, it can't be given back. This is the standard basis on which digital goods are sold.

We make it easy to know exactly what you're getting before you pay. Every product has a live demo you can click through, screenshots, a complete feature list, and the tech stack it's built on. If anything is unclear, email contact@cosmoclan.in before purchasing — we're happy to answer pre-sales questions.

We will only issue a refund in these specific cases:

• Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same product.
• Non-delivery — you never received your download or license key, and we're unable to resolve it.
• Where required by law — any statutory right that cannot be waived still applies.

If a product doesn't work as described, we fix it — that's what your lifetime updates and email support are for. Contact us and we'll help you get it running. An issue we can resolve is not grounds for a refund.

By completing checkout, you request immediate access to the product and acknowledge that — to the extent permitted by law — you waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period once the download is made available to you.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, who may apply their own policies as the seller of record. If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us first at contact@cosmoclan.in rather than filing a chargeback — we respond within 24 hours on business days. Licenses tied to fraudulent chargebacks are revoked.

If a refund is issued under one of the exceptions above, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the product source code. See the License for details.
