Because our products are digital goods delivered as full source code, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
How it works
Every product has a live demo, screenshots, and a detailed feature list, so you can evaluate it before buying. If you run into a technical problem we can't resolve, or the product is materially different from what's described, contact us and we'll make it right.
How to request a refund
Email contact@cosmoclan.in with your order email and the product name. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within a few business days.
After a refund
Once refunded, your license is revoked and you must delete all copies of the product source code.
